The integrated cooling plate rapidly cools when activated, creating a refreshing cooling sensation when placed gently against your skin. It's particularly useful around areas such as your neck or wrist.
How long does the battery last?
AERØ ONE™ provides up to 12+ hours of battery life, depending on the fan speed, cooling settings and overall usage.
Do I need to add water or ice?
No. AERØ ONE™ uses an integrated cooling plate, so there is no need for water, ice or refills.
How long does it take to charge?
AERØ ONE™ takes approximately 1.5 hours to fully charge using USB-C.
Can I use it while charging?
Yes. AERØ ONE™ can be used while connected to a power source, allowing you to continue cooling even when the battery is being recharged.
Is it suitable for outdoor use?
Yes. AERØ ONE™ is designed for personal cooling on the move and is ideal for outdoor activities, travel, festivals, sporting events, summer days and everyday use.
However, keep the device away from excessive water, rain and submersion unless specifically rated for water resistance.
Is the cooling plate safe on skin?
Yes. The cooling plate is designed for direct personal use. Apply it gently to the skin and avoid keeping it pressed against the same area for extended periods.
If you experience discomfort or excessive cold, remove the device.
